Change occurs when we not only make find insight into our emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, but also discover new ways to interact with the world, building upon our strengths and leaving unhelpful patterns behind. We will work together to identify your values and important relationships as we hold space to process and set attainable goals.

It can be hard to find a therapist that “gets” you. Our alliance will be the foundation of our work together to improve your life and relationships. Clients have expressed that they appreciate my open communication, warmth and acceptance, and ongoing feedback.

I will adapt your treatment based upon your individual needs. I use evidence-based therapy, including IPT (Interpersonal Therapy) while integrating skills from diverse therapeutic modalities.
